Objective:
 Lung cancer remains the leading cause of deaths worldwide. The surgical approach to locally advanced non-small cell lung (NSCLC) goes beyond classical and requires a multidisciplinary both preoperatively postoperatively. In addition tumor size, location T3 tumors affects extent surgery.
 Materials Methods:
 Patients who underwent resection for between March 2019 October 2022 were retrospectively reviewed. chest wall evaluated in terms age, gender, pathology, type operation, survival, recurrence, complications, receipt preoperative chemotherapy, node metastasis (TNM) stage, whether or not mediastinoscopy was performed, STAS (The spread through air spaces) positivity, visceral pleural invasion, parietal lymphovascular perineural alveolar/bronchial invasion.
 Results:
 Thoracic performed nine patients with NSCLC. use prolene mesh required eight patients. All complained pain thoracic period. Postoperative pathology results showed positivity four patients; invasion four; visceral, parietal, pleural, seven. mean survival 24.20 months (0.63–39). No patient developed recurrence during follow-up period.
 Conclusion:
 Chest reconstruction is treatment method that should be without violating respiratory physiology by using small amount/number synthetic materials.
